New AIAS fellow at Technical Sciences

Natalia Prieto Vidal is one of a total of 14 new AIAS-COFUND Marie Sk?odowska-Curie fellows who have been selected in an international, triple peer-review selection process during the spring and summer

Natalia Prieto Vidal begins her fellowship at the Aarhus Institute of Advanced Studies (AIAS) on October 1, 2021. She comes from a postdoc position at the Department of Food Science, Aarhus University, and before that a postdoc position at the University of Guelph, Canada.    

Mens hun er på AIAS vil Natalie Prieto Vidal arbejde på sit forskningsprojekt ‘ALGOOD: Understanding the chemo-mechanical stabilization of Sargassum algae bioactive compounds in current and forthcoming food matrices’.

Here she will have the opportunity to develop her project in collaboration and network with researchers and research environments at the faculty of Natural Sciences. She will also have the opportunity to network and collaborate with other new and former AIAS fellows.
