My research focuses on ruminant nutrition and sustainable cattle production, with particular emphasis on improving nutrient utilization while reducing the climate and environmental impact of the cattle sector. I work primarily with feeding strategies and feed additives aimed at reducing enteric methane emissions from dairy cows and their youngstock. The research is interdisciplinary and carried out in collaboration with experts in areas such as genetics, rumen microbiome, and milk quality.
