As the head of IT support at the Natural Science and Technology department of Aarhus University, it is my responsibility to ensure efficient IT services for faculties, institutes, and centers spread across three geographical locations in Denmark. I oversee two team leaders and 30 employees who provide a wide range of IT support and services to both staff and students at the university. My focus is on leadership, operational optimization, and the development of the IT department, actively working to integrate our department both vertically and horizontally within the organization.
