As an Associate Professor, I teach and conduct research in orofacial pain, headache disorders, neuromodulation and oral health in special care dentistry. My work focuses on pain mechanisms, non-invasive brain stimulation and oral health challenges in vulnerable patient groups. I have a background in dentistry, with specialization in headache disorders.
My primary area of responsibility is research and teaching within orofacial pain, headache disorders, neuromodulation, neurophysiolgy and special care dentistry. I also contribute to student supervision, interdisciplinary research collaborations and the development of new research initiatives within my areas of expertise.
