Studying Plante- og fødevarevidenskab, you will gain fundamental knowledge about soil and plants as the basis for future sustainable food, feed, and energy. You will understand how we can best use our resources in harmony with nature and the environment and contribute to addressing some of society’s major challenges with sustainable solutions such as plant-based protein, green biorefining, and new food production technologies. You will also learn about chemistry, biochemistry, and molecular biology and apply the theory in practice in the laboratory or in the field.
