I am an atmospheric chemist with a strong interest in monitoring air pollution using instruments across all cost and quality ranges, from low-cost sensors to high-precision equipment. In recent years, I have focused on developing and using low-cost sensors to measure air pollution. My work includes designing, calibrating, and testing sensor nodes to monitor gases and particles in various environments. Recently, I have applied these sensors in mobile applications, such as air pollution mapping with vehicles and personal exposure monitoring. I am particularly interested in how low-cost sensors can enhance our understanding of personal exposure to air pollution and its impact on health.
