Profil

My research is driven by a deep interest in the dynamic interactions between plants, soils, and microbes. I explore how these processes evolve across different spatial and temporal contexts, with an emphasis on connecting molecular-level mechanisms to field-scale patterns. Much of my work centers on leguminous agroecological systems, which offer both ecological benefits and climate-related challenges. Legumes, for example, support agroecosystem resilience through biological nitrogen fixation but can also contribute to elevated N2O emissions. My goal is to inform the design of cropping systems that are productive, sustainable, and resilient to environmental stress.
